The mare owner is responsible for all veterinary charges related to breeding and pregnancy of the mare.
2. If said mare is determined to not be pregnant, the stallion owner
will make additional shipments in accordance with the conditions of this
contract during the breeding season ending August 15, 2004, collection and
shipping fees will apply for each shipment. Should the said mare not produce a
live foal (stands and nurses) the mare owner shall be entitled to one return breeding
season. A statement of the details of the foal’s death by a licensed
veterinarian must be provided to the stallion owner within ten days or the
guarantee becomes null and void.

used for said mare only, or a substitute mare as provided for under this
contract.
4. The mare owner certifies that the designated veterinarian
practices reproduction as a regular part of his/her practice and is available
for palpation, cultures, A.I., and other necessary procedures, and has
consented to oversee the breeding of said mare on a regular basis. Veterinarian
will:
a) Examine said mare and certify that the mare is
apparently free of infection and is in good breeding condition.

substitute a different owned mare, qualified under all the provisions of this
contract.
6. Mare owner shall assume all responsibility for the condition of

must be DNA typed by AMHA prior to registration of foal, and any foal conceived
in any manner not complying with this contract will not be eligible for
registration.

service before the conditions of this agreement are met, this contract will be
renegotiated.
