Having always wanted to linebreed to Equinox Benn Adam, we were thrilled when we were able to acquire his lovely daughter Maine Event Ben Echo, who had been retired from riding because of a knee injury.

Although 17 years of age, 'Chloe' took on the second breeding, and presented us with LSF Benn Faithful in late May of 2003.

Faith is our second foal by our young stallion LSF Fortunate Son, and definitely shows his influence in her lovely head with large expressive eyes and tiny tippy ears, a well set neck, properly angulated shoulder, good length of hip, and lots of trot and sparkle.

a piece of my heart went along with her

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of
quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there, I did not die!

Too beautiful for terra firma, she now breathes the air of heaven

I think that there a goldfish in my waterbucket!?

All our dreams came true in one bright orange filly

Many days there is disbelief that she has gone....and that if we look far enough out in the pasture, she will be there, enjoying the grass

Elegant, graceful, smart, silly, inquisitive....words are a poor excuse for all this filly was, and could ahve been
